They are made of either Plastic or Resin (Think Fiberglas without the Glass Fibers) and are perfect for stage and theater productions where the appearance of a weapon is required without the sound effects. Theater groups opt for these guns even when shots are required. They simply use canned sound effects, since sound effects can never "Jam" and actors need little or no training. Most of these guns are Airsoft Guns, and would serve well the casual Airsoft Shooter.
